Sailboat for sale- dock it in NYC for cheap

Selling my 1976 Pearson 30 for $7500 OBO. OR for $4500 for just the boat/ no outboard. You'd have to find your own outboard or get the atomic 4 running. I retired the Atomic 4 inboard engine bc it was such a pain to work on- not easy for a larger person to access the impeller let alone other parts, prop shaft, etc A bit of work could get it running again though. I have a 2022 Yamaha 8HP which I mounted on a bracket. I would consider selling the two separately. The boat is on dry dock in Verplanck, NY. Happy to deliver a reasonable distance. Why am I selling? Because I upsized to a large O'day. The pros: Auto-tiller, near new head sail on a roller furler, two older mainsails that still have a couple of seasons in them between the two of them, the aforementioned outboard (less than a year old and which runs great), just an overall GREAT sailboat... especially for sailing in the New York Harbor... but also great for trips to Nantucket, Block Island, Newport, etc NO soft spots. Solid hull and solid deck. The cons: When I mounted the bracket for the outboard I initially mounted it too high so there are some ugly holes a bit above where it's mounted. I sealed them but I never sanded them down so it's not the prettiest. There's a small leak on the starboard side window in the main cabin. Cosmetically she could use a good cleaning/ painting. She is in sail away condition... just needs to be plopped in the water :) Happy to answer any and all questions. Happy to deliver a reasonable distance.
