Y2K romantic ruffle blouse. Features the most gorgeous and intricate details including rows of pleats in the front, back and sleeves. Inside seams are all done in French seams for quality and clean finish. Fabric is sheer and flowy 100% silk. This blouse is cut on a bias so it has a stretch and hugs the body so beautifully. Labels were removed because I didn't want them to be showing through. There's no staining or damage. It's clean and in excellent condition.
