Hello all. My Sofas are 3 yrs old, great quality. Two Pieces. A 3 seater and a loveseat. Bought directly from a private furniture store for $1400. Downsizing my apt and need something much smaller. Family of 3. No smokers, no pets, no babies. So they’ve been well taken care of. No stains. No bugs. Just Normal wear and tear stuff from usage.
