Studio double futon - wood frame. Great for office

Studio Double Futon with wood frame - 12 years old Great for an office or small space. Cushion extends from feet of bed for comfort. Some wearing and damage on frame, but still functional (has been like this for the last 7 years, ad we have had no issue). Wearing on wood you cannot see as under cushion. Good for an occasional guest. Studio double is smaller than full double, so can fit two adults (if smaller), but tight. Covers are washable in cold water. End mattress piece fits on extendable end and can be used as bed or couch with extended foot area. Measurements: Frame: 74 inch long by 59.75 wide by 22 high (height includes from ground to wooden arms). Mattress (*including extender*): 52,5 wide x 74 long. ***PICK UP INFO: PLEASE READ***** - must be able to pick up before FEB 3 OR Mar 1-9. - it will need to be disassembled prior to pick up to get down our stairs. We will disassemble for you prior to pick up.
