Rarely used (Adult) bicycle with 18 speeds

The rides are very smooth and enjoyable. One of my family members have road it just for about 5 times. I am selling it because I do not have a lot of free time to use it and enough space. The bicycle was kept in the garage, so it avoided rain and snow. In addition, all the brakes work, however, one of them makes a squeaky sound when you press it, so you just need to grease, a little bit, it with oil. The seat is a little bit damaged, as you can see on the photos. Wheels are inflated. The bicycle comes with front and back lights, the bottle holder and the black bag (waterproof, the brand is: Topeak, it was never used so it is completely new and clean).
