Looking for 2 bedroom to rent

Hi there, my name is Kyla. I am looking for a 2+ bedroom 1+ bathroom for my family. I would like to rent either long term or short term. My family consists of my little brother (7), and my partner (21) and I (20). We are willing to pay $2,500 if utilities are included, or $2,300 if we have to pay a percentage of utilities. We have our paperwork and documents ready to go. We also do have a Cosigner just in case you need to feel more secure in payments as I understand we are a young couple. We have been renting and living together for 3+ years and have a reference letter from our landlord as well. We are willing to pay 3 months rent upfront because our credit is a work in progress as we just started building our credit not too long ago. We have pay stubs and employment letters.We are very quiet and clean tenants. We do have 1 Cat who is trained so the home must be pet friendly.
