Futon Sofa Bed

EUC futon sofa bed bought from Leons and will include water resistant reversible cover for mattress. Wood is dark chocolate colour. Has storage on arm rest and side of futon. It has only been slept on once by a 10 year old with full set of sheets covering the mattress. The only reason for selling is to make room for a crib. Full disclosure, when taking the pictures I found a small whole in the mattress. No idea how it got there as it’s never used other then to keep stuffed animals on. Lol. I included a picture of the whole and will be happy to video the futon for serious buyers to see it live.
