10The bookcase is in excellent condition. The only notable thing is when I was putting it together, I put a short screw in, in a place that required a longer screw so when you lift the bookcase, it’s a bit wobbly. When you purchase, I can dismantle it for you so you can put in the proper screws, which I have. I havr all the original parts and pieces. Only comes with bookcase and not the items displayed on there. Smoke free and pet free home. Pick up only at King and Spadina.
